An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our manufacturing company based in Chippenham. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the responsibilities will include processing a monthly payroll for approximately 200 people and supporting key areas of the HR function.
About the job:
Prepare monthly payroll using ADP Freedom
Record and maintain accurate date employee records
Collate timecards and analyze weekly and monthly reports including management of holiday accruals
Provide timely and accurate data to the Finance Department and other departments as required
Update and process employee benefits calculations and complete P11D’s
Management of absences in line with the companies absence policies and procedures
Administer and maintain pension records and other company benefits
Work with auditors and other external organizations
Deal with day-to-day employee enquiries
Manage and Maintain freight air security records
Manage and schedule occupational health clinics
Support HR on a daily basis with additional administration
About You:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Good understanding for payroll procedures
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Methodical approach to work with attention to accuracy and detail
