Avaliable Job Today We are looking for a motivated Account Manager for a leading digital & cryptocurrency platform founded in 2014. Their goal is to allow any person around the globe to buy or sell crypto and digital currencies in a quick, easy, and hassle-free fashion. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide partners through commercial, legal and compliance onboarding processes
- Assist both the partners’ and company’s IT & operations teams during the integration and account setup processes
- Communicate product updates & changes that affect partners
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and partners
- Keep track of partner KPIs and perform periodic “health checks” with partners
- Provide ongoing support to the dedicated pool of B2B customers
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve partners’ issues
- Prepare reports about partners’ performance and present them to Senior Management
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role in the FinTech industry
- Experience with technical integrations/API
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English speaker; knowledge of any other language, especially Russian, will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and multitasking
- Good analytical skills; experience with SQL will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
