Salary - circa £60,000 - £65,000 P.A.
Our client is a currently seeking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for the wider operational function of the business, which includes; Customer Service, Delivery and Installation of their product at customer businesses, and Health and Safety.
This role will require an experienced Operations Manager to manage a multi discipline department. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years experience working as an operations manager or at a senior management level in a similar role.
To be successful in this role, the Manager will have excellent business acumen, experience managing different teams and they must be able to work at a strategic level. A good Operations Manager is always looking for ways to engage their employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient. They need excellent leadership skills, social skills, and knowledge of actively listening. Other vital qualities of an efficient Operations Manager are understanding finances, supply chain management, workflow, and staffing.
