Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
To further enhance business performance, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join us. Working on a variety of projects, you’ll identify areas for improvement.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Optimising business performance through assessing customer, management, and marketing trends to identify areas where margins could be improved, and efficiencies made.
Developing data projects to enhance our understanding of our customer base, allowing us to provide our sales team with targeted insights to enable them to maximise their results.
Automating data processes between source data and the visualisations presented to the Senior Leadership Team.
Presenting data insights in a meaningful way to a variety of users across the business
Liaising across departments to ensure access to appropriate data.
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you’ll have:
Qualifications in a relevant subject, such as Data science or another quantitative course – preferably to degree level (but the right candidate with equivalent experience would also be suitable).
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, and Tableau, as well as experience with statistical analysis and data visualisation. Familiarity with machine learning and big data technologies is also beneficial.
Experience of a BI visualisation tool such as Power BI would be an advantage.
An analytical and methodical approach, with comprehensive numerical skills and great attention to detail
The ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data sets, as well as identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
Experience with predictive modelling, data mining, and data segmentation is also helpful.
Knowledge on data analysis and machine learning techniques
The ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and solve problems.
Commitment to delivering accurate and timely reports and insights to bring value to the business.
A place to work and so much more.
