WHAT TO EXPECT
Come join our Trading Division department and become our next Data Integrity Analyst.
The successful candidate for this role will have the responsibility of maintaining our scheduling system (SAP) through perpetual process of counting and reconciliation. The data integrity team manage inventory stock control, ensuring that any stock declared through SAP reflects the physical count, allowing you to have control over how the stock is booked in and out of SAP, as well as answering any queries regarding the stock whilst it is in the system.
This needs to be done within strict FM guidelines in order to satisfy internal and external auditors and to maintain system integrity. You will be expected to investigate out of tolerance system discrepancies and do on-going system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Work with the LLP (Syncreon) teams to coordinate data and material through the ESC for export.
Generate counts required according to cycle program and demands of our business customers.
Reconcile system stocks on SAP within strict FM guidelines.
Maintain SAP integrity in line with JLR process.
Investigate causes of ‘Out of Tolerance’ adjustments and inform relevant areas of issues, as required.
Maintain departmental records and filing systems as supporting evidence for auditors.
Investigate and resolve supplier delivery discrepancies and claims.
Support and work with the team to achieve its targets.
Carry out ad hoc requests as required.
Achieve SAP plant measurables targets.
Support other teams within Supply Chain/Trading Division and the wider business.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Good understanding of Math & Logistics processes.
Ability to learn quickly.
Working knowledge of parts receiving and storage across the site.
P.C. skills (Excel/Word/Access) preferable as well as knowledge of SAP.
Able to be responsible for your own targets and also work with the team to achieve departmental targets.
Able to be flexible and respond positively to change.
Able to communicate and work well with other teams and departments.
