The Role
Working in direct correlation to the Chief Business Office of Conde Nast Britain who is the market lead and within the Style Division, this administration-driven role is a fantastic opportunity to gain genuine insight into the UK’s biggest selling magazine brands.
His or her primary responsibilities will include supporting the Chief Business Officer and commercial team in researching Style’s competitive market, managing diaries and making sure the office runs smoothly as well as supporting some of the events our team delivers - both internal and external.
The ideal candidate will have a cheerful personality and a keen interest in the business side of fashion media. A ‘can do’, enthusiastic, efficient attitude and a strong work ethic are essential to becoming a strong contributor to this close-knit dynamic.

This role is a 1-year Internship paid at London Living Wage.
The Team
Reporting into both the EA to the CBO of CN Britain, as well as the Style Division CBO themself, you will be part of a fast paced, busy team, working across all commercial elements of the Condé Nast portfolio.
What will you be doing?
Create a culture of collaboration, performance, respect and excellence
Support the CBO of CN Britain, CBO of Style, EA to CBO Style and VP Brand Revenue, Vogue - including some diary management and other PA / administrative duties
Analysis of market share and editorial credits
Ensuring the free copies database is kept updated
Assisting in the coordination of Style events
Managing all aspects of office coordination and administration

Where will you be?
This role is office based on 4 days of the week, with 1 day working remotely. You will initially be based in our iconic Vogue House building, situated in the heart of Mayfair and then later at the Adelphi building, close to The Strand.
