Job title: Executive Assistant

Salary: £45,326+ dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide efficient, responsive and confidential Executive Assistant support to the Air Strategy Director who is a member of the Air Board. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing travel itineraries and arranging accommodation requirements
- Use your business network to proactively organise information to ensure that the Air Strategy Director is prepared and briefed
- Ensure correct and timely submission of expense claims, obtaining relevant documentation to support each claim
- Support the Air Strategy Team to comply with its Information Management obligations

Essential:
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative and able to build relationships at all levels within the organisation
- Able to adapt quickly and flexibly to changes in work environments, personnel, and business needs
- Excellent organisational, time and workload management skills, ensuring the best possible use of resources for maximum output
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable:
- Confidence to be proactive in implementing a solution
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to mobilise senior stakeholders using tact and diplomacy

The Air Strategy team:
As a part of the Air Strategy team, you will have an opportunity to support the planning for the future directions and integrated business planning process of the Air Sector. You will also have an opportunity to liaise with senior stakeholders and their teams across the group, and externally with the Armed Forces, MOD and International Defence companies.
