Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that provides police officers with advice to help them use, manage and share their information lawfully? Are you a forward-thinking individual that would like the opportunity to be involved in projects that transform the way that we conduct our business in the digital age?

In this role, you will support and advise the Force in optimising their use of police information to deliver effective and efficient policing.

You will be an effective communicator with good influencing skills and the ability to engage customers at all levels in order to deliver good service, meeting the needs of both the customer and the department. You will have good problem solving skills and be able to prioritise and manage varied work within tight deadlines. The ability to pay attention to detail and be confident using IT is also essential along with the ability to maintain a high degree of integrity and trust whilst dealing with sensitive and classified information. An understanding of Information Management principles and legislation or experience of relevant disciplines is advantageous.
