We have a new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team within Countryside Partnerships North West Midlands, at our office in Wolverhampton. As our Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the development and commercial department.

Desirable –
-
BTEC Diploma or Cert in Administration
-
Experience of working in an administrative role within the construction industry

- Provide support to development and commercial teams
-
Administer and process invoices, including payments processes, in a timely manner, as instructed
-
Adminstration of consultant and contractor appointment documents and collateral warranties
-
Ensuring project team directory is up to date and issued when required
-
Ensuring the document control system is in order and reporting any issues to colleagues
-
Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
-
Assist with administering sickness and holiday absence and report to the Payroll department as required
-
Processing of colleagues expenses and mileage claims
-
Assist in producing reports that are required
-
Invoice log / payment tracking – weekly
-
CCRM Commercial pack collation
-
XPnonmat review and approval – this is for both Departments
-
CQMS Health and Safety portal monitoring and updating
-
Supporting and at times covering for PA to the Managing director & reception when required
-
Arrange and support meetings and events, and arrange accommodation as required
-
Process incoming and outgoing post
-
Any other duties that appropriate reflect the level of the role when requested by Senior Management
