Role Purpose:
We work with an extensive airport and rail lounge, eatery, sleep pods and spa network, which are continuously undergoing changes to their services in terms of working hours and services offered. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data who will assist with updating our back office systems to ensure that these entries are always up to date.
As several systems rely on the accuracy of these updates, an attentive eye for detail is essential.
While based in the UK in our London or Haywards Heath office, you will work with a global team with people hubs in Dallas, London and Hong Kong. You will work with airport information from around the world and become a geography and airport expert.
In addition to this, you will also work closely with our website team which is is available in multiple languages!
While no web development or design skills are necessary, it would be beneficial to have content management experience.
This role is to ensure that information regarding our partners (such as airport and rail lounges, eateries, sleep pods and spas) are always kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive partner updates via our Salesforce interface, and update the information on our internal platforms
- Perform quality check on the data integrity from an analytical perspective
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that information is comprehensive and complete
- Create new partner entries as per instruction from partnership management team
- Perform checks on our customer platforms to ensure that data is updated correctly
- Keep an accurate change log of all work conducted for governance and reporting purposes
- Communicate changes to partners to relevant parties in the business
Knowledge and Experience required:
Essential:

A passion for accuracy, attention to detail and mastering processes
- Experience in using data update systems
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar professional role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages
- Ability to work as a part of a global team
- Positive attitude that brings energy to others.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in managing multiple priorities.
Desirable:

Jira and Salesforce experience
- An understanding of website components, including SEO (search engine optimisation)
- An interest in the travel industry and curiosity about the behind-the-scenes operations of airport lounges
