An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support the Broadlands HR team on the core administration responsibilities of the HR Department, ensuring an efficient and effective support to the wider business area.
This role is a suitable entry-level role for HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee data
- Managing confidential paperwork including scanning and signing
- Reporting and liaising with the HR team on a daily basis
- Providing support to all employees and managers via phone, email, and Teams
- Supporting all HR projects both online and in-person
- Assisting with any ongoing projects and team goals
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Drafting and issuing offer letters and contract of employment
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing the HR in-box
Skills & experience required:
- Experience working within an HR / Talent Acquisition team in either financial or professional services
- Experience using HR related software/ data maintenance
- Strong customer service and solutions focus
- Strong interpersonal, empathetic and listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience working with MS Office packages
- The ability to act with integrity and fairness toward colleagues and clients
Job Types: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
