Job Type: Part Time - 28 hours a week Monday to Friday but will consider a four day week.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Full ownership of and management of the website for marketing purposes. Overseeing page reviews, imagery, copy and sales of additional, revenue boosting partnership products
- Managing all partnerships with like minded brands e.g Wine Tours of Kent or Macknade. Setting up new relationships and reviewing existing relationships as and when required.
- Social media - executing the social media plan on a weekly/ monthly and annual basis. Using planning tools as an aid to content management. Populating Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linked in with channel - appropriate regularly updated content.
- Events. Being aware of forthcoming events in the marketing calendar and planning brand collateral/ signage and all promotional materials accordingly.
- Owner Marketing. Taking responsibility for any specific owner marketing materials and / or events that directly affect this audience.
- Monthly emails to the customer and owner databases. Compiling, writing and presenting these newsletters via mailchimp to our audiences.
- Writing basic pieces of copy to support the brand director where needed.
- SEO/ PPC management. As directed.
- Image library. Organising and managing the ongoing image library of houses for Bloom Stays on an ongoing basis.
- Manage and lead externals and possible interns.
Due to the nature of the industry, this role will include some evenings, Sundays and bank holidays. We strive for a good home / work balance as it's so very important that we all love what we do.
This role is expected to be working from our city central office initially for a few weeks training and then a hybrid working from home.
Skills & Experience Required
You will ideally have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, or be looking for a challenge with experience from part of the role and need the opportunity to spread your wings. We are looking for someone who is both technical and creative and who shows real passion for the holiday home lifestyle and our beautiful homes.

Our Guests / Owners are at the heart of everything we do and so we expect you to do everything in your power to make their Bloom experience online the best it can be. We don’t believe in ‘that’s not my job’ so you will need to be adaptable and flexible to support our small team.
