Lead on the analysis of the club's loans programme
You will produce weekly, monthly and end of season loan reports for management staff and maintain a database of clubs interested in BHAFC players. You will actively monitor and update usage of loan players and co-ordinate fixtures of loan players to be watched. In this position you will also lead the completion of loan dossiers is co-ordination with the Pathway Development Manager.
Your background
You will be able to work to an exceptionally high standard in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a passion for the development of elite players and excellent communication skills to work alongside our heads of department. It is also essential that you have a high level of competency on mac-based software.
