In this role, you will manage complex HR cases and manage escalations effectively.

What you will be doing:
You will be managing Complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution. You will also:

Contribute to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardization to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies.

Work closely with HR GBS colleagues to collaborate across the broader GBS model to provide alignment with operational improvements.

Consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner with excellent attention to detail and a focus on the needs of the customer.

Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations.

Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems; SAP HR / Workday /Service Now knowledge would be highly advantageous.

Good understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment.

Good analytical ability with effective problem-solving capability.

Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately.

Ability to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarity.

Experience of working within a customer service environment where you have gained knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.

HR professional qualification – desirable.
