Our Part Time On Sale Executives play key roles in accurately ensuring the information we provide to customers, on our online platforms, regarding Jet2holidays products is 100% accurate. Our team are ultimately responsible for the end-to-end process for placing or removing properties from Sale on all selling channels, as well as managing the stock maintenance of the entire portfolio of Jet2holidays properties.
What are the role requirements?-
Interact daily with internal teams including Contracting, Revenue, Photography and Product colleagues to ensure that all Sales packages are loaded accurately and are available.

Take ownership for the content (descriptions and images) process ensuring that content is accurate across all of our channels and gives the best representation possible to the target customers and is available to agreed deadlines.

Set up information in our Property Information Management System (PIMS) for all properties and work closely with our hotelier partners to ensure PIMS is completed for all properties ahead of being put on sale.

Undertake checks on web content once Properties & Excursions are live.

Maintain trackers/briefs to ensure constant visibility of the status of content data is 100% accurate.
In this position you will be predominantly
working from home, with the expectation to come into our
Head Office once every 2 months for team days.
You will also be required to attend 1 week of full time induction training at our Leeds City Centre Head Office (LS11 9AW) when you join us. Travel and accommodation can be discussed.
It is
imperative whilst working from home that you have a
suitable, quiet area to work from and a
high speed broadband connection. You must also be
based in the UK.
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
We are looking for individuals who share our
passion for going above and beyond, delivering a
VIP experience to our customers and colleagues, along with a
high level of accuracy.
You will have:

A proven track record in a similar data or content integrity/accuracy focused role, ideally within the travel or related industries.

Excellent attention to detail, this is a must for this role.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and be numerate with a high level of accuracy.

Experience of working in a home working setting is desirable.

Genuine passion for going above and beyond for our colleagues and customers.

The ability to build strong relationships with internal partners

A clear, engaging and supportive communication style, both verbally and written. This is extremely important in this role.
The role is available to start on the
17th April 2023 on a
part time, 20 hour per week, permanent contract.
Days and hours of work to be discussed if successful.
If you are successful, in joining us, we will provide a
comprehensive training and induction programme, in order to give you the tools to perform in the role well.
All computer equipment you will need to carry out your role will also be provided by us.
