The Wellbeing service in Hertfordshire is the long established local IAPT provider, within Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. We are a very successful IAPT service, always keeping waiting times low, and achieving consistently high recovery rates .
To do this we work very hard at supporting our staff to give of their best, addressing individual need, professional development needs, providing flexible working arrangements, consistent clinical and managerial supervision and excellent CPD. For this post you need to be BABCP accredited or eligible and willing to gain accreditation.
We expect our staff to reward this with professionalism, a conscientious relationship with their work and colleagues, and an evident desire to develop and be the best therapist that they can be.

If you'd like to join us as a Qualified PWP, please get in touch. We have full time permanent posts in our team of around 30 other PWPs and trainee PWPs across Hertfordshire.
Our step 3 team is around the same size and progression from one to the other is frequently seen where our PWP staff have ambitions to train at step 3.
