We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Graduate Sales Development Representative to join one of the fastest growing startups in London! As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities

Conducting outbound sales outreach to identify potential customers
Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives
Conducting research on target accounts and industries to understand their needs and pain points
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Staying up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Passion for sales and willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry
