Avaliable Job Today To support the growth of Condor Breaks, we have an exciting opportunity for expand our team with a Condor Breaks Sales Agent, to provide specialist knowledge and tailored solutions to Condor Breaks customers about their on-island holiday requirements, in Guernsey.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to learn and able to share our TRUE Values.
The Role
This role forms part of a fantastic team of which you will be a key member by being the voice of our Condor Breaks brand, exceeding customer expectations always, whilst maximising sales with every enquiry.
The purpose of this role will include making Condor Breaks bookings, amendments, and enquiries.
Using your finely honed communication skills you will establish key relationships with local hotels and continue to build strong networks within the sector.
You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy as you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring pricing and inventory of hotels, as well as, monitoring and updating rates, offers, and packages within the Condor Breaks booking system, to ensure ensuring prices and availability are populating correctly.
You will be joining the team at a pivotal time of expansion, giving you the opportunity to support and shape the future of Condor Breaks for Holidays in the UK and France.
Your key working relationships will be with our Condor Breaks Sales Manager and Jersey Condor Breaks Sales Agent.
About You
We look for a positive attitude, confidence, flexibility, a friendly disposition, and importantly a genuine passion to help others and to provide quality service.
Previous experience in a customer service role would be of benefit, as well as excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail and will be highly motivated and self-driven.
