Job Title: Quality and Development Administrator (Part-time/Hybrid Working)
Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Hours: 26.25 hours per week, with no early or late shifts required and a minimum of 1 day per week based in the office. Danoners have the personal choice to decide where and how to work! Therefore, we support remote/flexible working for this position. Your place of work will be your home and your nearest Danone regional hub, balancing the nature of your role, the business and stakeholder needs.
About the Job
An exciting opportunity to join the Patient Service Function as a Quality & Development Administrator. This is a part-time (26.25hrs) permanent role, that reports in to the Patient Services Learning Manager and will be primarily supporting the Quality & Development Team and acting as cover for key support tasks within the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Nurse Development Inbox
Full management of the Nurse Development email inbox, responding to emails in a timely fashion, which will include questions on training and Induction for all of Nursing.
New Starter Induction
Administration and coordination of the new starter Induction including new starter packs, calendar invites, organising session cover, back-up to deliver non-clinical sessions. Organisation of and sending feedback requests at relevant stages. Collate and advise team of all feedback received, trends, key notes etc. Organisation of Induction review meetings at agreed intervals.
The Training Directory Programme for Nursing (CPD)
Coordination of the Training Directory from an admin perspective: Keeping it updated, actively advertising it and promoting the benefits of the workshops included within it. Processing training requests, calendar invites, collating and analysing feedback requests at relevant stages. Collate feedback and advise the team of feedback received, trends, key notes etc.
Compliance
Key administrative support to both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Care Inspectorate Scotland (CI) Project groups - stakeholder management (CQC and CI Leads and Ambassadors.) Co-ordinating evidence log, files and materials. Proactively look for and request evidence from the wider function and those outside of function.
Supporting the Patient Services Quality and Governance function with collation and analysis of data gathered from training, audits and surveys, creating flows and guides for new processes and procedures and improving ways of capturing and responding to data.
Reporting
Supporting with monthly and adhoc reporting on mandatory and compliance training and learning hours. Requires competence in Excel, this is essential
