5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Head Office team.

The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant are:
- Full diary management of Chief Financial Officer and Group Commercial Director
- Scheduling meetings & calls across different timezones
- Managing expenses, credit cards and general financial administration
- Monitor office supplies and centralise orders
- Organise and maintain In House filing storage, maintaining scheduling and documentation of physical document storage.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Personal Assistant are:
- Have previous experience supporting a senior level executive
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly build strong & collaborative both internal and external stakeholder relationships
- High attention to detail and proven track record of seeing things through to completion
The working hours:
- Monday - Friday and between 9am – 6pm, based in Mayfair, London
The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
