We are Worldwide Flight Services, WFS for short - proud Ground Handling Partner of easyJet here at Edinburgh Airport since 2018. We handle all easyJet services, flying to over 40 destinations from Scotland’s Capital. From serving guests through Bag Drop & Boarding to handling their baggage and ensuring a safe, professional operation around the aircraft. What does a Turn Success Agent do?
As a Turn Success Agent, you will own the consistent delivery of high-performance standards in the provision of smooth, timely and accurate processing of aircraft turnarounds. Internal/External operational communication and flight monitoring/record keeping. You should be able to demonstrate a hardworking, adaptable attitude and be able to thrive on variety in the workplace. As a self-starter, you’ll use your initiative to drive safe, compliant and prompt turn times. You will ensure the aircraft departs with all passengers and baggage accounted for in a timely manner inline with established KPIs.
Working in the incredible airport environment, where literally no two days are ever the same; you will support customers from all walks of life, travelling for every reason imaginable. From interviews and meetings to funerals and to be with ill friends or relatives. From family holidays and city breaks to school trips and groups of friends off on their first holiday together you will see it all and we are there to help everyone have the best airport experience possible giving an experience they will cherish and share.
This role will involve a combination of Customer Service and Ramp Service attributes including completion of Load Forms, Load Planning, Attaching & Removing Passenger steps / Jet Bridges and oversight of customers on the ramp as well as a willingness to support colleagues at the gate or on the ramp as needed (if trained to do so).
You will be:
· Once trained, fully compliant to all company, airline, airport requirements.
· Accountable for achieving KPIs (including but not limited to Door Closure Success / Door Opening Success / Turn Success / Revenue / Reduction of Delayed Baggage during an aircraft turn.
· Accountable for the efficient coordination with the aircrew – presenting a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
· Leading by example the high standards of safety, operational procedural compliance and team attitude.
· Communicate with operations department via radio before arrival and after departure of aircraft.
· Position & Removal Aircraft Steps & Jet Bridges.
· Complete flight paperwork to ensure the onboard crew are fully aware of how many customers are aboard.
· Greet arriving customers to Edinburgh and direct them to the relevant exit route. Coordination of all ground services before, during and after flight turnaround (own services, subcontracted and 3rd parties).
· Ensure the efficient communication between the aircraft and all required 3rd parties.
· Brief the crew about any operational requirement and local regulations and the ground staff about the flight details and specific requirements.
· Ensure the Handling tasks are performed in accordance with the safety, security, environment and quality standards.
· Help the colleagues in some of the Ramp or Boarding tasks (as trained).
· Completion and signature of any form or report associated to the activity.
· Control and file all post-flight documentation.
· Report any incidence related to the Safety involving passengers, crew, staff, aircraft, baggage, cargo, facilities and equipment, Quality of the service, airport Security, Health & Safety and Environment.
· Working as part of our fantastic team, with full training provided, you will be equipped to be the best of the best.
Our Turn Success Agents are flexible, proactive and professional. You’ll be balancing Ontime Performance, Customer Service and Safety at all times and have a desire to deliver far in excess of passenger and airline expectations.
What shifts will I be working?
Customers travel for a whole range of reasons and from dawn until after dark and we are there to deliver for them at all times. This role works on a 6 on and 3 off pattern. Our early shifts start from 0330 and our lates finish beyond 0100.
37.5 Hours a week full time and 29 hours per week part time.

- UK Driving License – Airside driving training provided if needed.
- This is not your normal 9 til 5 job. There are early and late shifts, including weekends so flexibility in working hours is critical.
- Providing a full 5-year history of employment, education & including any gaps of unemployment
- Clean criminal record, all successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK, undertake a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and provide 5 years referencing history.
