Job Description
Residential Services are seeking to recruit an individual to provide a comprehensive customer service. Duties will include working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required. You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential. A uniform will be provided. The post is part time 25 hours per week with an 11% shift allowance on a rolling 3 week rota working shifts Monday - Sunday. The post is available on a fixed-term basis for one year.
