Women's secure blended service –Ardenleigh Clinic
Under the guidance and supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist the post holder will deliver individual and group interventions, for service users on their case load, to promote recovery. Interventions are aimed at developing skills and knowledge that improves independence and quality of life.

Interventions are aimed at developing skills and knowledge that improves independence and quality of life.
Ardenleigh (WSBS) is a 30 bedded blended (medium - low) secure service in Erdington, providing gender specific and sensitive treatment for women from the West Midlands who have a mental disorder requiring treatment within conditions of medium and low security. It consists of two 8 bedded acute wards and one 14 bedded rehabilitation ward.
The service is well established, having opened in 2003. This is a very exciting time for the service as we recently won a bid through NHS England to pilot a blended security, trauma informed model of care.
All Occupational Therapy staff receive clinical and operational supervision; opportunities for continued professional development. The trust has an exceptional Learning and Development department offers excellent opportunities for CPD. In addition, you will receive an annual appraisal
