Avaliable Job Today Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Fleet Auditor, to join our Fleet team.

We are looking for a Fleet Auditor to help the business to train, coach and assess drivers within the company. The role is national so travelling will be required. The role would suit someone who is from a background in driver training and coaching.
What will you be doing?
As a Fleet Auditor, your core responsibilities will be –
- Train drivers on fleet courses.
- Develop new courses based on driver behaviour and reporting.
- Carry out driving assessments nationally.
- To provide reports for the fleet department and operational teams.
- Support the administration of the Fleet Departments Database on SharePoint.
- To track and assist HGV drivers to obtain tachograph cards and provide training on use.
- To carry out LCV trailer training.
- Assist with new driver assessments and inductions.
- Assist with new driver risk profiling.
- Comply with fleet regulations whilst supporting operations.
- Carry out post-accident driving assessments.
- Act in a positive and constructive way to help develop continuous improvement throughout all areas of Fleet.
- Keep track of driver allocation through processing change requests from operational team. Operational team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications required:
- Clean Driving Licence (C+E would be advantageous)
- Good knowledge of Driver compliance within a mixed fleet.
- Good level MS Office skills
- Good Administration and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Use own initiative to develop ideas and practices within department
- Flexible approach and positive attitude to work and embrace continuous improvements
