Responsibilities:
The post holder will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service for ReNew service users at Trafalgar House, the city centre Recovery Hub. Duties for the post include responsibility for front of house activities, dealing with initial queries, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, co-ordinating appointments, sign-posting to support available within the service and the community and accurate information and data recording.
