We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our growing team.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional, who is outgoing and highly organised individual to join our team. We have a friendly, open office environment, but one which is fast moving, hands-on and focused on achievement.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Deliver and manage HR day to day activities and operational solutions to ensure that policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the markets.
- Provide first line advice and support to managers and staff in relation to policy queries, interpreting these to provide quality input, guiding on best practice and procedure or referring to local experts as appropriate.
- Support the development and execution of functional level HR plans.
- Play a key role in keeping a good employee relations environment and a high level of staff engagement and trust
- Support and manage sensitive employee matters as necessary.
- Participate in compensation processes, bench marking and benefits.
- Help develop processes and suggest improvements.
- Lead and support on HR project activities on an "as required" basis to deliver appropriate HR solutions in line with the Business needs and people agenda.
- Be a true business partner, establish and maintain strong relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders, at all levels across the company.
- Always maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset and knowledge sharing and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements as to fairness and equality of employment.
- Create, develop and implement practical and effective methods, to enhance the HR experience for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Solid experience of performing as a HR Business Partner or similar role supporting multiple business units.
- HR experience working within fast paced scaling organisations with global reach.
- Experience of providing end to end HR support, excellent planning, organisation and administration skills.
- HR degree or CIPD qualification.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential and some knowledge of EU/US employment law and its application would be very useful.
