UX/UI Design: Collaborate with senior design and digital stakeholders to develop sound UX and UI solutions across our digital portfolio (websites, platforms, digital tools, newsletters, emails campaigns, social media accounts, etc). Includes initial development (informed whenever possible from customer insights and industry trends), creation of user personas, storyboards, wireframes, conceptualizations, scenarios, user flows and use cases, through to creation of final product.

Creative Support: Support various departments across the business in helping to tell their own stories through creative design and positioning (including digital assets, PowerPoint presentations, video content, etc).
