We are a fast-growing, established company based in Solihull in The West Midlands and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Team. The role will be fast paced so will require someone enthusiastic and energetic. We have a great team ethos so the right candidate with the right personality is a must.
Main purpose of the job:
To carry out Repairs, Maintenance, and installations on Plumbing/Drainage Systems for our Commercial Clients. We are looking for someone who can carry out the above whilst applying a courteous and polite manner, recognising the Integrity customer care philosophy.

Job Role/Responsibilities:
- Be able to respond and rectify plumbing issues.
- Be competent enough to draw up list of works/schedules and can project manage.
- Develop relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
- Organise/supervise on plumbing projects.
- Perform installations, reactive repairs, and replacements on Integrity’s commercial sites.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions to avoid accidents.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations and legislative requirements.
- Be comfortable working alone and in a team.
- Be on the look out for new business and put forward suggestions on how we can grow
- Completing accurate job reports on provided electrical device.
- Liaise and communicate with management and office staff in a clear manner.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and represent the Company in accordance with its core values and commercial aspirations at all times.
- Flexible with regards to working time and prepared to undertake overtime as necessary
Job Requirements:
· Previous experience in working in commercial properties such as, Offices, Retail Parks, Industrial sites, Warehouses, Production and Engineering sites
· Previous experience in working in a commercial facilities management background.
· Good, clear communication skills will be required to liaise with clients and colleagues.
· Experience of applying a willingness to be involved in a multitude of trades when asked, inclusive of but not limited to; roofing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing etc
· Be clean and tidy in appearance ensuring correct wear and use of all issued PPE.
· Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing a customer care-based service. This includes a customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction, in line with IFM’s commercial objectives.
· Application to complex Problem Solving, identifying problems, and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
· Proven record of ability to manage time and work to deadlines ensuring high standards of work delivery is maintained.
· Quality Control Analysis, conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance in order to meet the needs of the Client and deliver Company objective.
Qualifications:
· Full clean driving license is required.
· City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent industry recognised qualification
· Health and Safety Training (preferred but not essential)
· IPAF (Preferred but not essential)
· PASMA (Preferred but not essential)
