Job Description

Graphic Designer

Use technology to help women with breast cancer

Endomag is a global technology company that believes everyone deserves a better standard of cancer care. Many of the world’s leading physicians and hospitals use our magnetic-based technologies to help women with breast cancer avoid surgery when it isn’t needed, and experience better outcomes when it is. Using our Sentimag® probe, physicians can accurately stage breast cancer with our Magtrace® lymphatic tracer and perform tissue localisation procedures with our Magseed® marker.

So, what part does this role play in our mission? You’ll be a crucial part of a busy marketing team, working alongside other creatives, producing everything from presentation decks to social media content, from email campaigns to event collateral. It’s a really varied, fast-paced role, but you’ll also have lots of support and direction from the Lead Graphic Designer. There are constant opportunities to learn, develop your design skills and bring your own creative ideas into the marketing team.

Requirements

You’ll need:

  • Solid understanding of good design principles
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and Figma
  • Experience as a designer (in-house team or agency)
  • Experience designing for the web, optimising images for social media, email marketing, etc
  • A design degree would be beneficial but not essential.

Who are we looking for?

To begin with, you’ve got to be a polished designer. You will be able to turn your creativity to anything and everything, with accuracy and attention to detail. You will have a great intuition for pattern making and forming well-organised layouts. The ability to take something complicated and present it simply. You will work creatively, confidently, with accuracy and attention to detail. Whether you are working on brochures, blogs or web banners, you’ll understand how to build our brand consistently. At the same time, you’ll have the experience to identify creative opportunities too – working as part of a growing marketing team, alongside experts in video, email, social media and events, you will play your part in creating great visual content that helps us to stand out.

Continuing the Endomag story…

So far, our team has helped hundreds of thousands of women around the world access more precise and less invasive breast cancer care. Now, we’re looking for driven team members to help us continue to deliver on our promise and play a critical role in our Marketing Team. If you are passionate good design / branding / creating a leading brand and have the skills to help us make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
