ENGIE are recruiting for an Operations Energy Analyst in London. This is a permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package. Key Accountabilities Support day-to-day monitoring and management of our assets including BESS ones. Day to Day contractual relationship with Forecasters Liaise with park owners to gather operational/technical issues and inform the most accurate information to forecaster Communicate with internal stakeholders (Commercial team, V&A, Finance, BackOffice, Intraday Trading, Dispatch and others) to ensure their operational needs can be correctly addressed Ensure the right representation of Renewable Trading Power contracts in IS systems in order to provide the trading desk with the correct portfolio position and ensure the correct real-time position exposure Interact with service providers to maintain existing data flow Implement new data flow with traders and service provider Review and log tickets to track operational activities Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required Familiar with Finance and/or Energy fields Experience in coding and scripting with Python Experienced in working closely with IT Data management skills with a strong focus on business outcomes Fluent English is required, French is a plus Experience in similar field (or equivalent experience can be demonstrated through education) Ideally a master’s degree in engineering, business engineering, mathematics or physics. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Rigorous, autonomous and can take initiatives.
