Southern Softflow are a leading water softener company in the South. We specialise in the installation and maintenance of water softeners and drinking water systems. Since Keith Martin started the company over 20 years ago, the company has grown through unrivalled customer service.
We are now looking for someone to join our technical and installations team. This varied role will offer the right candidate a place in a growing business with opportunities to expand their plumbing & engineering skillset.
The Installation & Servicing Engineer will be expected to carry out the below on completion of their training:
- Installations of water softeners.
- Replacement of existing water softeners (and where required, updating pipework).
- Attending to existing customers for call out or planned maintenance services.
- Serving and installation of drinking water systems.
- Repairs and replacements to drinking water taps.
- Occasional additional general plumbing work.
Who are we looking for?
Honest and trustworthy, the ideal candidate will always seek the best outcome for our customers over anything else.
This role would suit someone with plumbing experience with a qualification equivalent to C&G or NVQ Level 2. Other experience with transferrable strong customer facing skills will be viewed favourably.
We cover an area as far as Dorchester in the West, across the New Forest to the East and beyond Salisbury in the North, and anything in between. Therefore, a clean driving licence is required. Company van will be provided.
