Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the developments.
- Create and refine design elements, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and other brand assets.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
- Print and Digital Design:
- Design eye-catching brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and other printed marketing collateral.
- Develop engaging digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and digital advertisements.
- Optimise designs for different platforms and mediums while maintaining a cohesive and impactful visual language.
- Create visually stunning presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing new developments, floor plans, and project details.
- Use 3D renderings, architectural drawings, and other visual tools to effectively communicate design concepts and property features.
- Collaborate with the sales and interior design teams to create captivating marketing suite displays and model home environments.
- Develop signage, floor plans, interactive displays, and other visual elements to enhance the sales experience for potential buyers.
- Photography and Image Editing:
- Work closely with photographers to capture high-quality images of our developments and model homes.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they align with brand standards and highlight the best features of the properties.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other design-related service providers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with previous relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and experience in creating marketing materials for residential developments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Experience in working with print production and knowledge of file formats and printing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking feedback and incorporating it into designs.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, residential property development, and architectural terminology is a plus.
