As a Resourcing Specialist, you will support your manager with advertising, CV screening, market mapping, sourcing via multiple channels, phone interviews, taking detailed candidate notes, keeping the ATS up to date and accurate, and supporting the hiring process.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm, OR 9am - 5pm) - flexible working arrangements, may be available, depending upon individual circumstances.
Location: Milton Keynes, however this role can be carried out remotly, with the exception of 1-2 days in the office per month.
Contract: 3 month, Fixed Term Contract.
Salary: £22,000 - 24,000 (depending upon experience) pro-rata
Key Responsibilities:
- Support your manager to implement the Inclusive Hiring Strategy, ensuring that you are aware of your own biases at all times
- Use the various channels and methods to source candidates
- Manage candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with the HRBusiness Partners, Divisioal Business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
- Keep our ATS up to date with and ensure our data is accurate
About You:
For this role we are happy to consider candidates with little or no previous resourcing/recruitment experience and full training will be offered.
- Confidently own all administration and coordination for the roles you are supporting on, ensuring the resourcing process runs smoothly and at all stages
- Hold a detailed knowledge of open, pending and filled vacancies you are working on by keeping our ATS up to date, and accurate, with candidate and vacancy information
- Make recommendations to improve processes, and work with the wider team to update these where appropriate
- Develop strong internal relationships, as well as longer terms candidate associations
- Act as main point of contact for all recruitment queries for candidates you are managing through the hiring process, ensure they are responded to quickly and efficiently
