Horizon Energy Infrastructure are a Financial Services organisation offering innovative solutions working towards Zero Carbon. Head office is based in Salisbury and successful IT Manager will be required on site 2 - 3 days per week.
The IT Manager will:
- Provide day-to-day IT support in conjunction with outsourced service providers
- Management of critical systems required to operate the business
- Management of the 'User Account Control Register' (UAC) and 'Joining/Moving/Leaving' (JML) Processes
- Management of the monthly security checks for all employees and end-user machines
- Provide support on vulnerability management/oversight and responsibility for delivery and maintenance of security controls required to protect the company and its systems against cyber attacks
- Business Continuity coordinator in case of significant disruption/issues
- Project Manager, working closely with outsourced partner, ISC, for new systems development
- Responsible for the Horizon portal that covers all processes, systems, templates, guidance required across the Company
- Management of the IT provision for SMA, through the Managed Services Agreement
- Knowledge repository for business-critical systems ensuring that documentation is kept up to date
- Assist the business where applicable for template designs/enhancement, process design/improvement opportunities and development of technical specification documents
Experience
- Project Management and use of relevant change methodologies
- Process Mapping, procedural, policy and project documentation design
- Management of third-party IT partners in the provision of IT support, change delivery and system maintenance/support
- Management of stakeholders to understand key requirements and embed process changes
Specific skills
- MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBi
- Good organisational and project management skills
- O365 Tenant Management
- Understanding of cyber security best practice & DPA (Data Protection Act) regulation
- Lean Methodologies, including team-based problem solving and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices for IT service management, Risk analysis and mitigation
- Knowledge of best best-practice business continuity planning and crisis management
- Stakeholder management - performance management, senior management engagement and presentation

The IT Manager is offering:
- Salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
- up to 20% annual bonus
- 25 days annual leave
