Due to company growth, we are seeking a qualified Plumber to work as part of our reactive maintenance & project team. You will need to hold an NVQ level 2/3 or level 2/3 diploma in plumbing along with a strong working knowledge of other trades would be highly advantageous.

What is the role?
Joining as a Plumber with multi-trade experience you will be working for an established maintenance and refurbishment company, you will play a vital role as part of the reactive/refurbishment team predominantly covering the Midlands area with occasional working away in other areas of the country.
Your duties will include:
- Undertaking plumbing & multi trade work in occupied domestic, commercial, health care, social housing & educational settings to complete 1st & 2nd fix work.
- Undertaking project works that would include all aspects of plumbing works along with domestic Kitchen and bathroom installs.
- Implement a strong service culture and apply a “can do” attitude and happy to help approach.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome candidates from all different backgrounds with multi trade experiences, to apply to join our well-established team. This role will suit someone who enjoys a hands on, fast paced environment. This position requires you to have the following criteria:
- At least 3 years Plumbing experience
- Level 2 or 3 diploma/NVQ in plumbing
- Full current UK driving licence
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Diligent and thorough with an excellent eye for attention to detail
- An outstanding work ethic and the ability to build good working relationships
- Willingness to work away on occasions with plenty of advance notice
- Excellent customer service skills
- Are DBS checked or are willing to be DBS checked (required for working in educational settings)
- Previous experience of working in commercial & educational settings (desirable)
- Some knowledge of basic electrical safety would be advantageous but not essential (desirable)
- Basic IT knowledge (Samsung tablet provided with the job to complete electronic job sheets before and after jobs)
