Membership Support Manager Salary: £40,000 (full time) plus commission Reporting to: Group Operations Manager We are looking for an individual with an eye for detail who has experience managing a sales process, ideally within the fitness industry. Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to: Lead on the driving the sales and training process – including systems, processes, KPIs and internal challenges and incentives. Review of monthly sales plans. Daily review of sales performance and providing support and intervention as required in clubs of concern. Weekly and Monthly reporting of sales and leaver performance Working with Group Operations Manager and Head of Marketing, monthly review of the effectiveness of campaigns and future planning Development and execution of a central corporate sales plan and local activity. Ensure the sales system is configured with all agreed products and promotions. Lead on the development of processes to manage debtors and prepaid renewals and ensure all are closed off by clubs and franchisees monthly more effectively. Provide ideas and recommendations to the management team to improve the experience of our members with a view to improving their length of stay.
