That’s why we need a team of brilliant Home Surveyors to help us get the UK to Net Zero by 2050. You’ll bring bags of energy, know-how and passion to our family of door-opening brands, including British Gas and Hive. Tell me about the role
You’ll be working as a Home Surveyor in an exciting role within our new Net Zero Division. Visiting customers in their homes by pre-arranged appointment, carrying out in-home customer surveys and sales for our zero-carbon home solutions.
Our Home Surveyors receive expert training in energy efficiency and sustainability measures. We'll equip you with the knowledge to perform comprehensive home energy audits and advise homeowners on the best ways to improve energy efficiency.
Communication skills are vital for the Survey role, as will the understanding of what first-class customer service looks like.
