About the role

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be the friendly face of our business – the helpful driver who delivers the unique blend of quality and outstanding service that you expect from Waitrose & Partners, right to our customers’ doors. This is a really important ‘front line’ role that is a crucial part of our online operation, where you will be key in supporting our online growth ambitions. You will represent us with every single customer you meet, and their impression of Waitrose & Partners is down to you!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to our customers with exceptional customer service

• Uphold the reputation of Waitrose & Partners by striving to meet delivery schedules

• Ensuring that the van is driven and maintained to the expected standards

• To be legally compliant under domestic drivers hours regulations

• To support and champion best practice within the shop transport operations

• This job entails working with heavy products and will involve lifting

Essential skills you’ll need

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with no more than 6 penalty points.
