The Role:
As Water Treatment Remedial Plumber, you will undertake plumbing installation/update works and water hygiene/water treatment works as per the needs of the Service & Maintenance Department, in accordance with agreed schedules/scopes, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice and legislation.
Working mainly in commercial buildings including but not exclusively; schools, factories, healthcare premises and multi-occupancy buildings.
Responsibility will include upholding Health and Safety standards and ensure that codes of practice are always observed, whilst maintaining a professional image of the Company at all times.
The Candidate:
- Successful applicants will have a minimum NVQ level 2/3 Plumbing, including sealed systems, with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
- Must have good IT skills and be adept in the use of Microsoft Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Full current clean UK driving license.
- Ideally have experience/knowledge of Legionella control (ACoP L8 HSG. 274, parts 1, 2 & 3 HSG 282), though thorough training will be provided.
