Responsibilities / Position overview:
Are you a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in PowerPoint design? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating visually impactful designs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are a global healthcare consultancy business that provides comprehensive solutions and strategic guidance to the healthcare industry. Our in-house design studio plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality visual assets, branding materials, and design solutions to support our clients' communication needs. We are currently seeking a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs across various channels, including digital and print media. Your expertise will also be crucial in translating complex health-related information into compelling visual presentations, with a strong focus on data visualization and PowerPoint design. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and deliver exceptional designs that align with our clients' objectives.

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with an expected duration of 9 months. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely, or in our London-based head office, collaborating with the Studio team to contribute to the success of our global healthcare consultancy business.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop visually impactful design concepts and execute them across various platforms, including digital, print, and presentations.
  • Design and create engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including brand, marketing, and business development, to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work on a variety of projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Utilize your creative thinking and problem-solving skills to provide innovative design solutions that meet clients' requirements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of business-to business design work across different mediums.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proven expertise in PowerPoint design, including creating custom templates, infographics, data visualization, and animations.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within an in-house team or agency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency while adapting designs to different mediums and target audiences.
  • A proactive attitude, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
