The Loyalty Specialist will work across the team to support, execute and manage the end to end process of Morrisons More broadcast offers, manage our More Retail Ambassador programme & support with Targeted Marketing & Loyalty projects.
This is role operates over a four day working week*. Based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
Responsibilities;
Take ownership of the broadcast offers plan including both More Card Exclusives & More Points:
Working with the trade planning & commercial teams to design & manage the plan
Working with the Point of Sale & wider marketing teams to execute communication of the plan
Support with the conception, execution and marketing plans for Morrisons events
Attend key commercial & Marketing execution meetings
Ensuring alignment of the plan with the online trading & digital team
Create offer files & approve offer test evidence
Ensuring broadcast offers go live in store and online on time & to plan
Creating engaging store briefs & ensuring all stakeholders are aware of new offers and changes to the plan
Understanding & reporting on the performance of broadcast offers
Responsible for briefing & maintaining the Morrisons More marketing app banners, point of sale & comms sign offs
Responsible for maintaining and developing the Morrisons More retail ambassador programme - ensuring continuous training around the loyalty scheme, engagement, communication & execution with retail & store teams
Ensure executional excellence through working with all relevant functions – ensuring all targeted & broadcast Loyalty communications works for colleagues and customers.
Follow and develop Targeted Marketing & Loyalty processes to ensure organisational efficiency and control
Working with the wider Targeted Marketing & Loyalty team to ensure Air Traffic Control principles are followed to ensure relevant, compliant and optimised communication for customers.
