Position: Plumber - Domestic maintenance, servicing & installations.
Company: Leading Plumbing & Heating Company
Location: Central and Greater London
Set Up: Self Employed Contractor / Franchisee / Business Owner
Earnings: Over £100,000 per year (£1,500 - £3,500 per week, paid weekly).

Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing installations, servicing, and maintenance tasks in various locations across London.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and time spent, for proper documentation.

Requirements:

Relevant Plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Plumber, with expertise in plumbing installations and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with clients and colleagues.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within London.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
