Bloomberg Intelligence investment research provides a comprehensive view of an industry and its key constituents and, combined with the power of the Bloomberg Professional® service, gives you unsurpassed depth and breadth at the market, sector, industry and company levels. "BI" offers valuable written analysis, industry data and interactive charting and functions from a team of independent experts, giving trading and investment professionals deep insight into where crucial industries stand today and where they may be heading next.
Regional Market Analysts curate, promote and contribute to important research ideas for each BI region. In this FICC RMA role, you'll work closely with both top-down strategists and bottom-up analysts across our rates, credit, currency and commodities teams around the globe, acting as a sounding board for ideas and point person to drive commercial impact. You'll also actively connect with the Bloomberg salesforce and with clients, to broaden awareness of BI and drive engagement with our research. There's also coordination to be done with our central marketing team on events, webinars and multimedia content revolving around our product.
You'll need to have:
- Demonstrable experience and interest in investment research on the buy and/or sell side as an analyst or salesperson
- Demonstrated history of increasing client engagement within financial services
- Deep understanding of client workflows, and cross asset knowledge
- Superior communication, both written and verbal - with particular emphasis on research curation and presentation delivery skills
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in an organized and thoughtful manner
- A can-do attitude and desire to engage a broad and diverse global team
- A strong preference to working on a team as opposed to operating solo
