Key Details
- 4 months initially with high possibility of extension or permanent
- London / Hybrid (once a week in office)
- £650 a day pay to contractor via umbrella (flex)

The Role
I’m working with a well known bank to hire an Employee Relations Consultant to work on the integration of employee relations following an acquisition.
The ideal candidate would be an ER specialist who has worked on similar transformations in a complex regulated environment. An strong understanding of UK employment law and employee relations is essential as well as a collaborative working approach.
There is a high likelihood that this role will continue past the end of the year.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating, designing and maintaining ER policies and processes
- Leading policy related projects
- Developing the ER strategy
- Manage complex ER investigations
We’re Looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong understanding of ER, ideally in a complex banking environment
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders (internally and externally) to drive change
