The job holder will report directly to the Regional Director and will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance staff and sub-contractors work efficiently and within the Health & Safety guidelines. A key objective for the role will be to manage the wider Mitie team, Technical Services and Soft Services, ensuring that our service is delievered consisitenlty to the high standards expected and contractually demanded, whilst also ensuring that commercial objectives are achieved.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our client and also our service line partners leading to service development in terms of quality and added value.
Act as the Mitie Appointed Person for the delivery of all contractual services, day to day activity and project delivery.
Ensure Quality complaints and Health and Safety issues are dealt with in a timely mannar and processes are put in place to prevent re-occurrence
