As the Head of Back Office - Quotes, Compliance, and Transactional P Card, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the back-office operations related to quotes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and overseeing the efficient management of transactional P-cards. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance in these areas.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for effective quotes management, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Oversee the compliance function within the back office, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quotes, compliance, and P-card transactions.
- Manage a team of back-office professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes and systems to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to quotes, compliance, and P-card management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in quotes and compliance-related activities as well as the rest of TSOC/BSOC functions
- Proven experience in back-office operations, specifically in managing quotes, compliance, and P card transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
