The David Ross Education Trust is now recruiting for an HR Advisor. Are you an expectational HR professional looking to join a friendly and supportive team? We strive to deliver an outstanding HR service to colleagues in our schools and central team.
We offer a hybrid role based at our smart new Head Office building in Loughborough (approximately 3 days) and 2 days between various designated academies and home. Some travel in the UK is required across our schools.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with our schools, undertaking casework and providing a timely and proactive, customer focused HR advisory service to Principals and other senior leaders within schools. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation and roll out of our strategic HR projects.
This is a full-time and permanent role within the Trust. We are also happy to consider flexible working requests.

Who we are looking for
- Have proven HR experience including the effective management of casework
- Be a strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Have a commitment to ongoing professional development
