As part of the payroll function, you'll handle a high volume of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth payment processing for travel and subsistence. This vital support is essential for our dynamic organisation with staff frequently traveling around Great Britain and occasionally overseas.
This position involves a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in numerical and communication skills. Your innate ability to effortlessly plan, prioritise, and organise tasks, combined with your flexibility and proactive nature to adapt to shifting priorities, is essential.
Apart from handling administrative tasks related to Expenses, you will also be responsible for calculating pro rata annual leave entitlement, assisting with payroll tasks, providing coverage when needed, and fulfilling other essential administrative duties as required.
You should possess 5 x Level 2 qualifications, including English and Mathematics, as well as demonstrate excellent administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, you should have proficient IT skills, including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
