Laura James has an opportunity for an ambitious marketing & ecommerce individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Assistant. The role will include developing, growing and maintaining marketplace e-commerce platforms - specifically Amazon, eBay, Mano Mano and Wayfair.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate a portfolio of products across all sales channels, taking accountability for best-selling products, including sales and revenue.
- Play an integral role in new product launches for each season.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to keep marketplace catalogues up to date.
- Create listings across platforms that will set us apart from our competition.
- Write keyword optimised copy for both new and existing product listings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure imagery and brand standards are maintained.
- Optimise PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon, eBay, ManoMano and Wayfair.
- Analyse available data to identify sales/product/category trends to maximise account performance.
- Ensure the efficiency of addressing A-Z claims or equivalent and understand the impact on marketplace account health.
- Understand performance metrics across a range of accounts to help drive improved marketplace performances.
- About You:
- 1 years + experience working in Ecommerce, including eBay and Amazon (desired but not essential).
- Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Be willing to learn how to use new software.
- A strong understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics and reporting.
- Enthusiastic and passionate towards career development; you are keen to learn and grow.
- Proactive, well-organised, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
