About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team and be an important part of our growth plan. This is an exciting opportunity to build on and develop the e-commerce strategy for both our online toy store, Leisure and marine businesses. You will oversee and support customer service enquiries across multiple online channels regarding the products online and liaise with the team to enhance the customer’s online experience.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
You will be responsible for collaboratively uploading products to the website and ensuring the tone of voice is on brand and consistent across all channels. You will assist in driving the expansion and profitable growth by ensuring the ecommerce site is visually and commercially optimised.
You will also be responsible for managing the eBay and Amazon channels, looking for opportunities for product sales and organising Amazon FBA shipments.
Other areas of this role include.
- Working collaboratively with other colleagues to effectively communicate product launches, campaigns and promotions to drive footfall and sales in the e-commerce.
- The development of the customer journey and overall experience online
- Manage and organise the motorhome and car supplies dropship orders.
- Using analytics and performance information to report on e-commerce/website performance (sales, costs, product performance, customer behaviour, site metrics, etc.) identifying and implementing opportunities for organic growth.

- A background in retail ecommerce, Amazon and eBay sales
- An excellent attention to detail and quality – know the website.
- Strong organisational skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast paced, exciting environment while juggling multiple projects.
